WARRANTY AND RETURN Policy

All NostGaming devices are proudly made in the USA with components sourced globally. We stand behind our retro-gaming devices and software with a 90-day warranty from the shipping date. 


Our warranty covers all parts for defects as determined by a NostGaming technician or customer support representative. Some parts may be required to be returned before a replacement part can be shipped. NostGaming also offers phone support for easily replacing defective parts. Free technical support is available for the life of the device. This warranty is not transferable and is void for commercial use. Please call NostGaming for any further details or questions. If, within this 90-day time frame, you find that your device is defective, we will promptly accept a return for a refund, replacement device or replacement part(s).

Returns for refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned during the warranty period. Returned item must be received in new, resellable condition, with all original packaging. Items returned after the warranty period has expired, or not in new, resellable condition will not be refunded. We are unable to refund the shipping cost of your order. 


Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.


Discounted items are not eligible for a return.


NostGaming will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. NostGaming will not issue refunds for damages to the operating system due to external power surges, misuse, hardware or software modifications, jail-breaking and other user-initiated malfunctions.


NostGaming is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.


We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. 


We strive to accept all returns or replacements for defects. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
